Organisational Reviews
The starting point with an Organisation Review is to get
clear about the review’s objectives.
Very often this is not as clear cut as you would think.
As an organisation’s Chair or Chief Executive, you may be
uneasy about aspects of your organisation and need help
uncovering what needs to work better. You may have looked
through recent data, e.g. financial results, recent budgets, or
engagement scores and have some concerns about how the
organisation is performing. You may simply have decided that it
is time to ask the question, “How well are we doing and what do
we need to do differently to ensure we stay on top of our
game?”.
