ChangeWorks is regularly contracted by EquiP, LGNZ to provide consultancy services to the local government sector. The most recent project was as a lead consultant in a functional review of the Wairoa District Council’s Office of the Chief Executive and Council wide Human Resources and completion of a Human Resources Implementation Plan.
