Shona
Mainwaring
Shona Mainwaring Shona brings experience and skills gained as a Company Director, Managing Director, HR Manager, Principal Adviser and Management Consultant in both the private and public sector. She has worked in senior management in The Treasury, Telecom New Zealand, Tall Poppies Consulting, The Office of the Chief Executive - Department of Labour, IRD and LINZ. Shona partners senior managers as they diagnose and develop organisation and team strategy to achieve highly engaged, high performance cultures. She is known for her thoughtful, challenging and practical advice and is highly regarded for her facilitation and change management skills.

Grant
Herman
Grant Herman Grant has been working with ChangeWorks since its inception in 2001. Grant worked in senior management positions within the Shell Group for over fifteen years, including human resources, operations and commercial marketing. He managed several organisational change initiatives in Shell NZ and represented Shell on boards of joint venture companies.
In 2000, Grant returned to New Zealand from an assignment in The Hague as Global HR Strategy Manager with Shell Services International.
Grant has also worked in industrial relations both as an employer's advocate and as a trade union official.

Chris
Tracey
Chris Tracey Chris has a management background in the political and industrial relations sectors of government. She has qualifications in Industrial Relations and Project Management and is known for her excellent relationship and delivery skills. Before becoming a consultant Chris worked at middle and senior management positions in the public sector over the last fifteen years.

Elizabeth
Harper
Elizabeth Harper Elizabeth completed a six - year stint as a Global Diversity Consultant for Shell International, based in London in 2006. Her work has taken her to Europe, Middle East, Asia, South America and Africa. Prior to her assignment in London Elizabeth was the Training Manager for Shell New Zealand and worked on training needs analysis and design as well as organisational culture, team and leadership development.

Sandra
Dampney
Sandra Dampney Before joining the team at ChangeWorks Sandra worked at an executive level for a small number of organisations. She brings a comprehensive range of administrative and organisational skills to her role as Business Support Manager at ChangeWorks. She is motivated to provide excellent support to the ChangeWorks consultants and their clients.
