the analysis of the individual, team and organisation and its
impact on effective team work.
We begin by scoping and defining what you are hoping to
achieve with your team.
This can be followed by meeting one-on-one with everyone who
contributes to the work of the team.
This analysis establishes the priorities that the team needs
to work on and is usually followed by team workshops.
Team workshops are likely to include the
following:
- What the gap analysis has identified for us in the
team's Goals, Roles and Leadership, Work Processes and
Interpersonal Relationships
- What we want to change
- How we will make those changes
- Our Team Charter
- Monitoring of the changes/Team Charter
- Celebrating what we do well as a team
