Shona Mainwaring
Shona has over 20 years experience as a Company Director, Managing Director,
HR Manager, Principal Adviser and Management Consultant in both the private and
public sector. She has worked in senior management in The Treasury, Telecom New
Zealand, Tall Poppies Consulting and The Office of the Chief Executive -
Department of Labour.
Shona is a Director of ChangeWorks and consults in the areas of:

- Mentoring/Coaching of individuals

Grant Herman
Prior to setting up ChangeWorks with Shona Mainwaring, Grant worked in senior
management positions within the Shell Group for over 15 years, including human
resources, operations and commercial marketing. He managed several
organisational change initiatives in Shell NZ and represented Shell on boards of
joint venture companies.
In 2000, Grant returned to New Zealand from an assignment in The Hague as
Global HR Strategy Manager with Shell Services International.
Grant has also worked in industrial relations both as an employers' advocate
and as a trade union official.

Elizabeth Harper
Elizabeth has recently completed a six year stint as a Global Diversity
Consultant for Shell International based in London. Her work has taken her
to Europe, Middle East, Asia, South America and Africa.
Prior to her assignment in London Elizabeth was the Training Manager for
Shell New Zealand and worked on training needs analysis and design as well
as organisational culture, team and leadership development in NZ and
Australia.
As an organisational development professional she has specialist experience
in diversity and inclusion, team development and human resources.
Elizabeth consults in the areas of:

Tony Thomson
Tony has expertise in business improvement, project management, statistical
analysis and information systems. After initially working as a statistician,
Tony was employed by the Shell Group for 20 years in NZ and in London. Tony
held a number of senior management roles in Shell NZ, including IT Manager,
Planning Manager, and Supply and Distribution Manager. He was also General
Manager of a Shell NZ chemicals manufacturing and marketing subsidiary.
Tony also has hands-on management experience of
organisational change initiatives. He led a company-wide
Information Strategy Plan project and was a leader in
company re-organisation and change management processes, at
first within his own division and then across the whole of
Shell New Zealand.
Tony is an associate of ChangeWorks and consults in the areas of:
- Project implementation
- Analysing business performance and improvement
- Implementing change management
- Statistical and economic analysis
- Information systems requirements
Sandra Dampney
Sandra enjoys the challenge and variety offered by her role as Business
Support Manager at ChangeWorks. She is motivated to provide excellent (high quality)
support to the ChangeWorks consultants and their clients.
Before joining the team at ChangeWorks Sandra worked at an executive level
for a small number of organisations. She brings a comprehensive range of
administrative and organisational skills to her role within our
organisation.
