360º Feedback and Self Awareness
ChangeWorks has a range of expertise available in the design and

individuals within organisations.
We have considerable experience facilitating performance
conversations based on the collection and feedback of sound and
useful performance data.
We are particularly interested in helping to provide
individuals with a clear and accurate picture of how they are
experienced by others and facilitating their understanding of
how well their view of themselves matches the way others
experience them. This understanding is at the core of effective
leadership development.
There are also a range of team diagnostic tools we are
accredited and licensed to use, that provide 360º feedback to
individuals, including Belbin® Team Role Profiling and Team
Management Systems Leadership behaviour profile and Team member
behaviour profiles.
